  • Macount 120 with a tank diameter 120mm.

  • Machine adapted to count small parts (0,5 mm à 5 mm).

  • Macount 235 with a tank diameter 235mm de diamètre.

  • Machine adapted to count large parts (5 mm à 20 mm).
  • Bowls are available in various materials suitable for your product, such as aluminium, polyamide, grylamide (for componendts with a risk of static electricity).
  • For greater autonomy, a vibratory hopper can be added.


    Option for Macount Carrousel

     

  • The carousel option is used to pack the parts directly in bags.

  • The standard size of carousel handles 20 bags.




     

     

    Bagger

  • Used to fill bags constantly.

  • The bags are automatically sealed by a roller and dropped into a bulk container.

  • A reference or barcode can be printed on the bag.
